Santa Isabel is a fifth-generation 300hectare family farm, a third of which is dedicated to the preservation of a natural rainforest reserve. Founded in 1875, the farm is now owned by Luis Valdés Sr and managed by his son who is also called Luis “Wicho” by friends & family. The farm employs 40 permanent and 500 temporary workers during harvest and sits1600masl.
