Marcotulio and his family run Finca El Guitano located in one of the most prominent coffee growing regions of Huehuetenango. The coffees from this area are known for their fruity profiles. Having worked on his farm for over 35years he has most recently moved to a quality-centric approach improving harvesting, processing and drying practices leading to a much improved cup quality.
