Ethiopia Yaye Natural-1kg-Filter Grind

This ‘Special Prep’ Ethiopian lot is a otherwise known as a ‘premium’ locally. 90% of the cherries are perfectly picked, at the right red colour. 5% semi-red and 5% overripe. In most cases cherries used to produce these lots are collected from a day lot (picked in one day). The consistency in quality and cup
are truly evident here with floral notes and jammy stone fruit.
