This coffee comes to us from a washing station called Deri Farhi in Guji. Deri is the name of the village and Fahri is the name of the first son of the Testi founder and CEO Mr. Faysel Abdos. This premium special prep lot is selected by using the ripest cherries and special attention paid to sorting, including an additional sort beyond the already top Grade 1 prep.
