This coffee was processed in the Ayla washing station which sits 1950-2050masl. During harvest up to 750 local coffee growers freshly pick the cherries and deliver daily for processing under the watchful eye of operations manager, Tofu Ahmed. The majority of families who contribute to this lot, farm organically on tiny plots of
land, which average 2-5 hectares in size.
