Colombia Ibaque-250g

This coffee comes from around seven smallholder farms that are situated near the towns of China Alta, Santa Isabel and Cajamarca. These are all coffee growing towns within Ibaque that we've purchased from in previous years. Central Ibaque serves as the capital of Tolima, a cultural and commercial epicentre of the start and a region synonymous with very well balanced sweet and lively coffees.
