Produced by eight smallholder farmers that are situated around the village of China Alta. The farms contributing to this lot are very small and farmed using traditional techniques. The village of China Alta is named after a small and beautiful river the Rio La China that swerves through the mountains of Ibaque and eventually feeds into Rio Magdelena, Colombias principle river.
