Colombia Cajamarca-250g

This coffee was grown & processed by six smallholder producers around the town and municipality of Cajamarca, in Tolima. The farms that contributed to this lot are very small, on average just 1.5h in size and located between 1850-2150masl, in the steep, rugged hills that surround the town. Cajamarca means ‘Cold Lands’ in Quechua language and was once a major settlement for indigenous groups, before being colonised in 1886.
