This 8hectare farm Gololcha is located the Kochere district. The farm run by Addisu and his family sits at a staggering 2092masl. This high elevation and cool climate is ideal for slow ripening coffee cherries leading to a denser bean and a sweater, more complex cup profile. Meticulously handpicked and sorted the cherries are then left to dry on raised beds for up to 2-4weeks.
