Coffee is more than a drink. It's a chain of human effort, passion, and devotion — and we think the people at the beginning of that chain deserve a whole lot more credit.

At Catapult Coffee, our mission has always been simple: build a bridge between the extraordinary work happening on farms around the world and the everyday person enjoying their morning cup in Sydney's Inner West.

Nic has spent over a decade doing what most people only dream about — travelling the globe, visiting farms, meeting growers, and searching for coffees that tell a story worth sharing. From misty Ethiopian highlands to lush Colombian valleys, those years on the road shaped not just a palate, but a purpose.

In 2020, Catapult Coffee was born — a roastery with a point of view, a conscience, and the intention to share the magical storys from Origin.

Quality is in the detail - Roasting on two classic Probat roasting machines humming away in our state-of-the-art warehouse in Sydney's Inner West.

We only roast fully traceable coffee. Every bag we sell has a story, a farm, and a face behind it. We purchase with transparency and loyalty — building real relationships at origin so that the people who have devoted their lives to growing coffee are seen, celebrated, and fairly rewarded.

We're proud to be involved in programs that elevate the specialty coffee industry both here in Australia and at origin — because the trials and tribulations farmers face every single day deserve more than just acknowledgement. They deserve action.

We believe in human connection. Every coffee we select is chosen with intention — to do good, to give back, and to honour the incredible craft of the farmers we work with. We feel genuinely privileged to bring these coffees to you, and we don't take that responsibility lightly.
